Chris Jean-Pierre had 16 points, eight rebounds and three steals, and Jake Luster and Dave Bradbury had 14 points apiece for Valley (3-2). Luke Ford posted a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds, Hunter Czaja had 14 points and Matt Genovesio added 10 points for the Cougars (2-3).
