With the Lady Black Knights season cancel, due to school closings in response to the Covid-19 Pandemic, Giordano wanted to recognize her two seniors and their accomplishments. Emotions and excitement ran high with both players crying with joy, receiving cards, a signed ball and a lot of virtual hugs, as the players and friend practice responsible social distancing. Stamford Police provided an escort, so that participants could safely travel from one players home to the other, provide an occasional blast from the sirens.
