Former Cheshire Academy standout Holmes wins 400 for Penn State at Big 10 championships

Alexis Holmes of Hamden, a freshman on the Penn State women’s indoor track and field team, won the 400 title today at the Big 10 indoor track and field championships. Her time of 52.14 seconds is a school record. She is a recent graduate of Cheshire Academy.
