North Central Connecticut Conference
The North Central Connecticut Conference encompasses schools in a large geographic area in the northern central portion of the state, reaching north to the Massachusetts border. Thirteen schools make up the membership in the organization, which claimed eight CIAC State Championships in the 2011-12 academic year, including three in soccer and a pair in cross country.

For the first time since Feb. 3, 2014, Hillhouse is not ranked among the top 10 teams. The Academics lost both games last week to Career and Hand, respectively. East Lyme replaces Waterford as the lone ECC representative in the top 10, taking the final sport. Wilbur Cross also returns after a one-week absence.
For the third consecutive week, the top nine teams remained in the poll while another SCC team took the 10th spot. Guilford, winners of its first 10 games, moves into the top 10 for the first time.
