Connecticut's premier high school sports website
Established in 1962, the North Central Connecticut Conference has historically been a league small schools situated along the Massachusetts border in the hinterland towns of northern Hartford and Tolland Counties. NCCC membership has shuffled over the years, especially the last 20 as schools like E.O. Smith, Tolland and Avon outgrew the league and joined their rapidly expanding Central Connecticut Conference neighbors. The NCCC, however, has maintained a core group of schools and has replenished its ranks with dissatisfied CCC members (like Rockville, added in 2017) and Hartford Magnet schools Classical, HMTCA and SMSA. Fifteen schools now call the NCCC home. Its football-playing members, many of whom have co-op arrangements, make up the Uncas Division of the Pequot Conference.
