Sacred Heart Greenwich rolled to a resounding 7-0 win over host Greens Farms Academy in an FAA field hockey matchup held in Westport.

“The team played with a lot of discipline throughout the field,” Tigers coach Alex Gheorghe said. “It was a beautiful display of passing and we capitalized in front of the goal with five different players scoring and four different players adding assists. The pressing was successful, which enabled our strong attack to capitalize in front of the net.”
Julia Herzig made three saves in goal to earn the shutout for Sacred Heart. Niki Farber stopped nine first-half shots for Greens Farms. Sacred Heart held a 12-3 advantage on penalty corners. The Tigers will look to continue their undefeated season when they visit Loomis Chaffee School on Wednesday.
