Back and forth they go, but this time Farmington got the upper hand on rival RHAM.
The Indians defeated previously No. 1 RHAM in straight sets — 25-17, 25-17, 25-20 — on Oct. 7 and thus taking over the top spot in this girls volleyball coaches poll.
RHAM dropped to No. 3 with Greenwich moving up in the process and received nine first place votes.
The next three, Amity, H-K and Ridgefield, all remained the same. Lyman Memorial and Glastonbury swapped spots at seven and eight.
Granby Memorial moved up from 10th to ninth with Coventry dropping out and McMahon taking over the final spot with a first place vote tacked on.
