By John Torsiello
School: Simsbury High School.
Academic Accomplishments: On the honor roll all four years of high school, Allie has been accepted into Brandeis University. Allie is exactly the type of player that every first year coach dreams of having, says her basketball coach Sam Rullo. “She leads by example, works hard on every play of practice, and has completely bought into our system. Allie is the type of player that could go out and score 30 points on any given night but she prefers to score 15 points, grab 15 rebounds, dish out 8 assists and shut down the opposing team’s best player. She not only does great individual things, she makes it a point to improve her teammates. That is the sign of someone that is going to succeed not just in basketball, but also in life.”
Sports Played And Positions: Basketball (small forward); volleyball (middle hitter).
