Ansonia 4, Seymour 1 >> Taylor Ross scored twice to lead the Chargers over their Valley-rival Wildcats in a NVL home victory.
Branford 3, Wilbur Cross 1 >> Tanya Altrui and Rachel Cholewinski scored and had assists in the Hornets’ SCC Oronoque Division road win in New Haven.
Hannah Miles also scored for the undefeated Hornets (7-0). Shea Connors had the only goal for Cross (3-3-1).
Guilford 1, North Haven 0 >> Julia Carr scored the only goal of the game as Guilford picked up a SCC interdivision home victory over North Haven.
Hamden Hall 1, Greens Farms 0 >> Alexa Cornacchia’s first-half goal stood up for Hamden Hall (3-0-1) in a prep school win at Westport.
