It looks like Winsted’s Logan Marchi will be on a Division I football roster, after all.
The St. Paul quarterback, now Gilbert-Winsted student, who was compelled to withdraw his commitment to UConn (i.e. had it rescinded) in the days leading up to National Signing Day, was all set to head to prep school.
But on Tuesday he got a second chance to show off his wares at a Temple football camp and, according to John Holt of WFSB, came back with a scholarship offer, which he accepted.
Former St Paul QB Logan Marchi has accepted scholarship offer from Temple. Can’t wait to see him play Diaco and Huskies. #cthsfb

Philly.com Marchi has been thanking his friends and supporters on Twitter today and had a message:
Some people need to realize these kids are 17,18,19 years old trying to do something with their life, support these young men with respect
