Mina Millington scored both goals, including the only one of the second half, to lead the top-seeded Platt Tech girls soccer team to a 2-1 win over Windham Tech in the Connecticut Technical Conference championship Saturday at Manchester.
Jaelynn Mitchell assisted on both goals for the Panthers (17-1), who shared the league title last season.
Kimberly Chiroy made 15 saves for Platt Tech. Dana Wilson made seven for Windham Tech (11-4-2).
Megan Calderin had 15 kills and Jennifer Figueroa had 16 assists and three aces for Whitney Tech, which swept Bullard-Havens 25-20, 25-23, 25-18 to win the CTC championship at West Hartford.
Shaenna Boles had 17 assists, Nyla Tucker had nine kills and three aces and Emiah Gillard added six kills for Whitney. Lydia Masala had eight kills and six aces to lead Bullard-Havens.
