NEW HAVEN >> Harold Cooper had 10 carries for 216 yards and five touchdowns as Hillhouse defeated Lyman Hall 54-20 at the Wilbur Cross Athletic Complex Thursday afternoon.
Hillhouse improved to 2-3. Cooper moved within 151 career rushing yards of former Bloomfield star Andrew Pinnock for fifth-place on the all-time list. He is 159 yards from going over 6,000 for his career.
