Let's go through some of the games to watch tonight: In the CCC: The biggest one, Newington @ Wethersfield. Newington has played the better schedule, and outside of Pomp are beating those teams. On the road I'll pick them to win 57-52 Bloomfield @ Windsor. Windsor had a good win over EO last week and I think they get another one here. 52-39 Hall @ Conard. Battle of West Hartford. Conard has won 4 in a row and 5 of 6, while Hall has lost 4 in a row and 7 of 9 since starting 3-0, but you throw records and trends out the window in rivalry games. I'll take the duo of Hall Liv's (Deslauries & Bonee) over Conard's Felder. Hall 49-47. ECC: Game of the night in the state: Bacon @ NFA. Unlike the voters, I've been high on Bacon the whole year starting them preseason number 7, but I was also pretty high on NFA as well. Wish they played again @ Bacon later on in the season but oh well. I'll take NFA in a close one 65-61 In the FCIAC: Game of the night in the conference St. Joes @ Danbury. Both teams have an OOC win over a quality team out of the SWC (Danbury beating Pomp and Joes beating New Fairfield), but both looking to hang around the top of the FCIAC. Danbury's beaten Ridgefield, lost to Staples, haven't played Trumbull, Norwalk, or Stamford yet, while Joes is in the middle of a Greenwich, Norwalk, Danbury, Stamford stretch they are currently 1-1, and still have yet to play Staples & Trumbull. I'll take Danbury 57-49.
