FINE PERFORMANCES
Danny Vasquez, Abbott Tech: Vasquez has scored 26 goals through eight games for the 7-1-0 team. He scored all five goals in a 5-2 win over O’Brien Tech last week.
Christian Amaral, Newington: Amaral scored twice including the game winner in a 3-2 victory over Farmington.
Reed Caney, Staples: The keeper made nine saves, several in spectacular fashion in the Wreckers 1-0 win over Greenwich
Max Weiss, Weston: Weiss scored with 2.5 seconds remaining, giving the Trojans a 3-3 tie against Pomperaug after trailing 3-1 at the half.
Tom Ellis, Notre Dame-West Haven: The senior had six goals this week, scoring twice against East Haven and four times against Career.
Jackson Miner, Canton: Miner tallied a hat trick, leading Canton 4-2 over Rockville.
Jake Woznicki, Bristol Eastern: Woznicki scored his 15th goal of the season, leading his team to a 1-0 win over Maloney, moving Bristol Eastern to 5-0-1.
Dylan Bonanno, Bolton: Bonanno registered a hat trick in Bolton’s 6-1 win against HMTCA.
Nate DiLoreto, Bristol Eastern: The keeper had three shutouts last week, giving him five on the season. He has allowed just two goals through the first seven games.
Kevin Ramm, Glastonbury: Ramm’s diving header lifted the Tomahawks over Hall 2-1 in a rematch of last season’s Class LL title game.
Josh Conniff, Windsor Locks: The senior recorded a hat trick as Windsor Locks defeated Stafford 5-1.
Johnny Morell, New Britain: Morell tallied five goals last week including four in a win over Bloomfield.

Hamden at Fairfield Prep, Tuesday, 4 p.m.: Hamden is looking to stake a claim as a legit contender in the SCC.
Glastonbury at Plainville, Thursday, 3:45 p.m.: The defending Class LL champions visit the defending Class M champions.
Litchfield at Thomaston, Thursday, 3:45 p.m.: Can anyone in the Berkshire League beat a Litchfield team which has only allowed three goals this season?
Warde at Ludlowe, Thursday, 7 p.m.: Should be a great night under the lights in Fairfield with these two rivals.
Coginchaug at Old Lyme, Friday, 3:45 p.m.: Both teams have just one conference loss, Old Lyme trying to carry momentum from tie with Morgan last week.
Hall at Lewis Mills, Friday, 3:45 p.m.: Lewis Mills is off to a good start in its first year in the CCC, Hall offers the biggest challenge it has seen.
Lyman Hall at Wilcox Tech, Friday, 3:45: Wilcox the going outside the CTC in a game which could help it get a high seed in Class L at the end of the season.
Granby Memorial at Canton, Friday, 3:45 p.m.: Two of the last four unbeatens in the NCCC.
Pomperaug at Bethel, Friday, 4 p.m.: Both teams trying to keep pace with Weston in the SWC.
Guilford at Xavier, Friday, 6:30 p.m.: Friday night lights for two of the SCC’s best in the early part of the season.
Danbury at Norwalk, Saturday, 10 a.m.: After an 0-2-1 start, Norwalk has rebounded and finds itself near the top of the FCIAC standings, just below Danbury.
