Jarod Dalrymple, East Hartford: Two-time All-CCC outfielder with a smooth, left-handed swing at the plate. Committed to Bryant.
Matt DeLuca, Ridgefield: The junior was stellar last season with a 0.45 ERA, .145 BA against, 5-1 record and 46 Ks in 48 innings pitched. Tossed a 1-hitter in Class LL quarterfinals.
Jack Donofrio, Simsbury: The All-State senior hit .397 with 4 HR, 5 triples, 5 doubles and 16 RBI along with 15 stolen bases. On the mound, went 4-0 with a 0.72 ERA and 53 Ks. Committed to play at the University of Notre Dame.
Zach Donohue, South Windsor: The senior P/2B is committed to playing at UConn. One of the top arms in the CCC hoping to guide South Windsor to LL title.
Jack Drewry, Wolcott: The P/3B led Wolcott to NVL title last season with his domination on the mound and power at the plate.
Jimmy Evans, St. Joseph: The Cadets’ lefty batted .421 with a .516 OBP and 32 hits. He had 5 doubles, 3 triples and 2 home runs while knocking in 25 RBIs and scoring 28 runs. On the mound he went 4-1.
Connor Goggin, Holy Cross: A 4-year starter, will play at the University of Hartford next year. Player with both power and speed, hit .423 last season while playing top-flight defense in CF.
Javon Hernandez, Danbury: Speedy senior leadoff hitter was first team All-FCIAC last season for the Hatters and leads an experienced team this season.
Ethan Hibbard, Shepaug Vallley: The senior catcher hit .559 with 35 runs, 3 HR, 28 RBI, 9 doubles and 2 triples last season. Will be playing at Fairfield next year.
Chad Knight, Staples: All-State P/UTIL went 3-1 on the mound with a 1.87 ERA and 35 Ks in 29 innings. At the plate he batted .408 with 7 doubles, 2 triples and 4 HRs. Playing at Duke.
Jake McDowell East Catholic: The senior pitcher is back among a talented group of hurlers in the CCC.
Todd Petersen, Newtown: The UConn commit was named first team All-SWC last season at SS. Hit .333 with 27 runs scored out of the leadoff spot.
Sonny Pezzello, Waterford: Senior CF batted .410, .608 slugging with 10 doubles, 2 HRs, 30 RBI, 20 runs last season.
Griffin Pontbriant, Montville: Struck out 40 batters in 42.1 innings, going 4-2 with a 1.84 ERA and a .202 batting average against as a freshman last season.
Danniel Rivera, New Britain: 4-year starting SS. Batted .412 last year with 3 HRs, 28 Hits and .OBP of .500. 39 hits away from school record for hits in a career and 12 runs away from record for runs scored. Signed to play at Southern New Hampshire.
Ryan Strollo, Cheshire: The senior is a premier defensive outfielder who also hit .338 for the defending Class LL state champions.
Adam Stone, Fairfield Prep: The senior hit .392 with 12 RBI and 11 stolen bases with a .943 OPS. A dominant pitcher last season, Stone will not take the mound this season because of an arm issue and will be relegated to DH duties.
Julian Thayer, St. Paul: Junior made his mark last season as one of the NVL’s best SS and starting pitchers.
Ricky Torres, Ansonia: As a pitcher, Torres was 6-4 with a 1.11 ERA on a team which win 7 games. Hit .320 with 12 stolen bases as a SS and OF.
Ken Turner, Ledyard: Struck out 77 batters in 52 innings last season, posting a 6-0 record with a 0.53 ERA. Might be the most dominant arm in the ECC.
Henry Williams, Darien: Senior hit .269 with 5 doubles, 15 RBI and 12 runs scored. Went 3-2 with a 0.97 ERA and 69 strikeouts. Committed to Duke.
Bobby Zmarzlak, Westhill: Despite missing time with an injury, hit .367 with a .796 slugging percentage and 4 HR. Covers ground in CF with a big arm.
