Stats: Had 58 goals, 36 assists and 37 ground balls, had four goals and five assists to lead the Jesuits to a 12-8 win over Cheshire in the SCC tournament final. Prep ended up 16-4.
Honors: U.S. Lacrosse All-American, CHSCA All-State, All-SCC pick.
Off the field: National Honor Society, graduated Summa Cum Laude, also played ice hockey.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Princeton.
Stats: Led Rams to SCC tournament final and Class L state tournament final. Experience and five players with over 75 points were key factors in Rams’ success. Pulisciano (248-155 career) led Rams to CIAC Division I title (2002) and Class L title (2010).
Honors: U.S. Lacrosse Coach of the Year, two-time Register Area Coach of Year, CHSCA Class L Coach of Year.
Off the field: Physical Education and Adaptive PE teacher at Cheshire.
Stats: Had 53 goals and 71 assists, had 137 career goals and 185 career assists.
Honors: Two-time All-Area and All-SCC selection, team MVP.
Off the field: Also plays soccer and was on the wrestling team.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Merrimack.
Stats: Won 189 face-offs for a .744 face-off win percentage, had 33 goals and 26 assists, led Indians (15-4) to both the SCC and Class M tournament semifinals.
Honors: All-SCC, second team All-State selection.
Off the field: Math and Spanish National Honor Society, youth basketball coach, Academic All-American, SCC All-Academic.
Up next: Will attend Boston University.
Stats: Gaining ball possession was one of his strengths with 89 ground balls. Also had four goals and three assists. His defense is one of the many reasons the Rams advanced to the Class L state final.
Honors: All-SCC selection.
Off the field: Also plays hockey.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Quinnipiac.
Stats: Defense was a strength for the Tigers this season. In five games in the Class M tournament the Tigers allowed 19 goals and advanced to the final. Also scored four goals.
Honors: All-SCC, All-State selection.
Off the field: Honor roll student.
Up next: Accepted in sports management program and will play lacrosse at Springfield.
Stats: Had three goals in a 7-4 win over North Haven in the CIAC Class M semifinals and two goals in a 9-6 loss to New Canaan in the Class M final.
Honors: First team All-SCC, second team All-State selection.
Stats: Led a defense that allowed 10 goals in four games from qualifying round through the Class M state semifinals.
Honors: U.S. Lacrosse Academic All-American selection.
Off the field: Volunteers in New Haven for IRIS-Integrated Refugees and Immigrant Services.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Colby.
Stats: He had 62 goals and 19 assists and led the Rams to the SCC tournament final and to the CIAC Class L final.
Honors: All-State, All-SCC, participated in the Philly Boys Lacrosse Showcase in Philadelphia with 150 players and was named MVP.
Off the field: PTSO club, youth lacrosse volunteer.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Vermont.
Stats: One of the top scorers for the Falcons, routinely was a multiple scorer.
Honors: Three-time All-Area, All-SCC, second team All-State selection.
Off the field: Also played football.

Stats: Had 42 goals and 23 assists (170 goals, 91 assists career), one-half of Hornets’ 1-2 scoring punch with Luke Tomak. Hornets advanced to New England Small School Lacrosse Championship (lost 18-5 to Pingree School).
Honors: U.S. Lacrosse All-American, four-time All-Fairchester Athletic Association and Division II All-New England pick.
Off the field: Honor student, plays football.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Virginia.
Stats: Playing several positions, including longstick middie and defender, had 43 goals, 23 assists, won 70 percent of his face-offs and had 214 ground balls, a school record.
Honors: U.S. Lacrosse All-American, All-SCC, All-State selection.
Up next: Will play lacrosse at Towson.
Stats: Had 38 goals and 24 assists, led North Haven to the Class M semifinals and 15-4 overall record.
Honors: Second team All-SCC and coaches all-state pick.
Off the field: Volunteer at the Special Olympics Winter and Summer Games, also plays football.
Stats: Had 26 goals, 38 assists and 80 ground balls, led ND to Class M quarterfinals, holds career school records for points (180).
Honors: Three-time All-SCC and All-Area, Register All-State football, All-State indoor track, two-time Register Male Athlete of the Year.
Off the field: National Honor Society member.
Up next: Will attend Avon Old Farms in the fall, committed to play lacrosse at Cornell in 2018.
Stats: Had 349 saves and set the state high school record for career saves with 1,008 (previous record was 767), had a .690 save-percentage, 8.4 goals-against average and 72 ground balls.
Honors: Three-time All-Shoreline Conference selection.
Off the field: National Honor Society, member student council, Amnesty International, plays basketball.
Stats: Had 65 goals, 26 assists for Prep , had 3 goals in 12-8 win over Cheshire in SCC final.
Honors: SCC Division I Player of the Year, All-State, All-SCC selection.
Off the field: Graduated magna cum laude, played basketball, volunteer for the Kennedy Center, which offers services for children and adults with diverse disabilities.
