Outlook: With only one senior on team we are relatively young this season, but the majority of the team saw varsity time last year and we are looking to build on that experience. We will look at our pitching staff of Evan Shortsleeve, Matt McCarthy and Mike Minucci to put us in position to win games. We will focus on defense and manufacturing runs at the plate.
Teams to beat: Lewis Mills and Northwestern

Outlook: A well balanced team with good depth in all area. Great leadership and guys willing to put in work to be successful. We can compete as long as we pound the strike zone on the mound and works counts. Team over everything. The league should be very competitive with a number of teams having players who will continue to play at the college level.

Outlook: Lost five seniors and will look to the returning starters to provide veteran leadership to the youngers players that will take over spots in the lineup. Pitching is always an issue especially early in the season and we will look to some of the younger guys to step up and throw innings for us. Ben Timme will make the move from second base to shortstop.
Teams to beat: Northwestern, Lewis Mills, Thomaston and Terryville will be front runners in the league.

Outlook: Have several returning varsity experience and will have several pitchers that will give us innings led by Wes Meeker, Logan Racz, Travis Fitch and Ryan Lamay. The key to the season will be pitching and playing fundamentally sound. We have a good mix of upperclassmen and younger players. Our goal is to make State Tournament, after missing the past two seasons.
Teams to beat: Lewis Mills, Northwestern, Thomaston and Nonnewaug will be challenging for the top spot.

Outlook: Donofrio is the only experienced pitcher, but the team is athletic and expects to finish in the top half of the league.

Outlook: This season will led by our pitching and key returning players. Blaise Russo and Brian Butkevicious will be huge to our success this year. Jake Tehan will be making the move from 1B to 3B and junior Anthony Maura is looking to fight for the starting spot at 2b. Look for Frank Romanelli to get some time pitching both starting and relieving also he will be playing the outfield. Filling the shoes of last year’s center fielder (Kyle Guisto) will be a mix of sophomores in Justin Taylor and Matt Tehan.
