Saturday’s New Haven County lacrosse roundup: Amity boys down Xavier

AMITY 8, XAVIER 7 (2OT) >> Joe Choiniere scored three times for the visiting Spartans in this SCC win in Middletown.

Jake Milner had two goals and an assist and Tyler Burns had four assists for Amity. Colin O’Donnell scored three times for the Falcons.

Hand 20, Haddam-Killingworth 6 >> Lauren Cole scored six times and Erin Mammele had four goals for the visiting Tigers in this non-conference win in Higganum.

Cameron Ruberti scored twice for Hand. Angie Cretella had three goals for the Cougars.

LAURALTON HALL 11, ST. JOSEPH 6 >> Aubrey Lowe scored four times for the visiting Crusaders in this non-conference win in Trumbull.

Laura Maiorano, Nikki Zaccaro and Kerry Ullman each added two goals for Lauralton Hall.
