Class L boys basketball: Bunnell rolls past Maloney, into semifinals

No. 9 Bunnell 75, No. 16 Maloney 55 >> Isaac Vann had 26 points, 17 rebounds and six assists to lead the Bulldogs to their quarterfinal win over the visiting Spartans in Stratford.

Ryan Pittman added 14 points and 11 assists and Kendell Streeter had 14 points for the Bulldogs (21-5). Tracy Rumley led Maloney (18-6) with 20 points.

For the second-consecutive year, Bunnell returns to the semifinals where it will face No. 4-seeded Windsor, which knocked off defending Class L champion Woodstock 77-64, in the semifinals Tuesday at the Floyd Little Athletic Center. Tip-off is 7 p.m.
