Boys basketball: JCC Schoolboy Classic roster, game information

The Connecticut roster for the 53rd annual JCC Schoolboy/Schoolgirl Classic, to be held on Sunday, April 13 at the New Haven Jewish Community Center in Woodbridge, is as follows:

Tyler Ancrum (Bridgeport Central)
Raiquan Clark (Hillhouse)
Paschal Chukwu (Fairfield Prep)
Andre Frederick (Hand)
Ian Gardener (Kolbe Cathedral)
Levy Gillespie Jr. (Capital Prep)
Chris Lowry (Woodstock Academy)
Obi Momah (Farmington)
Tyshon Rogers (Crosby)
Tyler Rowe (Windsor)
Issac Vann (Bunnell)
Alex Wolf (Greenwich)
Coaches: Ken Smith (Windsor) and Levy Gillespie Sr. (Capital Prep).
Tickets for the game will be $12 and can be purchased at the New Haven JCC. There will be an East-West Girls game at 1:30 PM followed by the boys game against the New Jersey All-Star team.

    The article gives us the roster for the Ct boys all star team but not the girls teams. It seemed like you were going to give the girls roster as well the way the article reads.

      Actually, in addition to what Alison wrote, I had a link in my post taking you to the list of girls scheduled to play in the game (Connecticut teams compete against one another) in a post we had about a month ago.

    Tons of good choices but I’m wondering why University’s Jaqhawn Walters was left out. 6’4″ Wing with good size, bounce, and handle. Averaged 18 PTS, 15 RBS per game. At his best against top competition. CSC First Team, ALL STATE First TEAM, MVP of Class M/S High School All Star game. Seems like a miss.
